Help for interfacing of LPC2148 and SIM808

Hey I make project based on tracking I use interface of LPC2148 with SIM808. Is It possible???
one another major problem is there I can't load any sample program in LPC2148 how can I solve this problem?
I use flashmagic For this but it can't detect device signature.
 

Hi,
There is a user manual for LPC2148 programming sequence, just follow that step by step process.
Still it is not detecting check your power cables once.

In the data sheet it is specified that you can interface LPC2148 with SIM808 using UART protocol.
