lumerical device doping

hi,
i design a solar cell in lumerical device, i am using the 30-day trial version of it, but the doping button is not clickable and i dont know what to do, please heeelp !!!
 

I don't understand, what kind of help do you have in mind?
We certainly can't help with the licensee of your software.
