Hello, everyone! The Short-Open-Load-Thru(SOLT) de-embedding procedure is commonly used in Vector Network Analyzer(VNA).
Usually this procedure was preformed automatically inside the VNA after "Short","Open","Load","Thru" status has been measured.

Now I need to realize SOLT de-embedding procedure manually in ADS.I have got five original s-parameter data:measured "Short","Open","Load","Thru"
s-parameters and the measured DUT(Device Under Test)s-parameter.

How can I get the de-embedded DUT s-parameter data from the original five s-parameter data by using SOLT de-embedding procedure in
ADS ? Or how to write the equations and formulas ?

This is kind of a basic question on 2-ports network theory, can anybody give me some instruction or related papers ?

Thanks!
