Hello,

I would be using an external clock in my design which may work at 24 MHz. I want to know if zynq 7020 can support this frequency?

Are you unable or unwilling to read the datasheet?

a -1Q speed grade can handle a clock up to 464 MHz using a BUFGCTRL, 600 MHz using a BUFIO, 315 MHz using a BUFR, and 464 MHz using a BUFH.

The minimum MMCM clock input frequency is 10 MHz for all speed grades.

In short yes you can use 24 MHz.

Go read DS187 (v1.17) November 24, 2015, Tables 67-72.
