Anyone know why is it very difficult to find a 8bit with MCU with DAC? If one requires a ADC instead, almost all 8bit incorporated this into the controller...

Try PSOC from www.cypress.com
You'll discover another point of view to DAC and ADC related.
As IanP said it's much easy to build and DAC based on PulseWidthModulation, and a low pass filter built on simple resistor and capacitor.
An ADC it's not such easy thing, that's why the manufacturer insisted on ADC.

Hi. Look ADuC8XX series from Analog Devices, they are 8051 compatible.
www.analog.com

Best Regards

I've receive free sample muc of auc841.It have dac function.

Have you looked at this website:

using PWM with lowpass RC filter.

thanks for all the replies.

The PWM with low pass RC filter is a good suggestion. Comparing this with circuitry for ADC, it does make good sense to insist on ADC for MCU.
