IR21362 and IR2130 is same

Is it same IC IR21362 and IR2130s?
Can replace IR21362 and put IR2130
In same place?

IR21362 Logicdrive for highside(HIN 1, 2,3) is 'in phase'.
whereas IR2130 it is outof phase.
there are other pin functionality differences.
and you cannot dropin 2130 instead of 21362.

According to this attachment any other IC is suitable ? IR21362 does not available here.

IR 2136x has a family of ICs.
IR2136,21362,21363,65,67 and 68.

IR21362 is the only IC that differs in High side logic from others.

If you want to use other ICs , you may have to drive the Highside gate drive in a different form.
 
I have got The same IR 21362 chip.
Now according to this diagram can I use instead of CPV364M4U other
Mosfet bridge inverter circuit

the suitability of PowerMosfet insted of igbt drivers can be done if it meets the circuit requirement.

Can you suggest some suitable power MOSFET ? due to limitation of availability we can not do any experiments.

According to this diagram,P_ground and Logic Ground is separated?
I am confusing about between the COM and Vss.
and also separate C20 , C19 ground?
.........................
can I connect AGND with a resistor to P_GND

Re: An843 three phase motor controller ps ground

Separating COM and VSS suggested in the IR21362 datasheet, implementing a current sense resistor. But to make the current sense resistor work, DC- must be connected on it's left side. AGND is apparently a singular net, looks like a typo. In case of doubt, refer to the IR21362 datasheet.
