Hello,

If anyone experienced with arduino can help with this few questions. I want to build LED lamp to put in my garden (I can buy something like this

But I wanna build it by myself. Standard electronics for powering is not problem but I wanna build additional circuit with arduino so it can DIM LED lamp by the code that I will program.

1. If I manage to build that circuit with arduino and put it inside that lamp, will arduino "survive" inside that lamp during winter (-15 degrees ) and summer time (45 degree) ? If it can "survive" how long will it live cca 1 month, 1 year or 10 years ect.

2. How reliable that will be with arduino ? Should I use other microcontrollers ?

Thx

Re: Question about arduino

The temperature survival of arduino board can only be known from the board manufacturers data.

there are many board makers and therefore you can visit
https://www.arduino.cc/en/Products/Compare

choose the board and go to the manuf site and try to get your required data.

reliability of arduino board is again dependent on individual manufacturer.
