How to build a red, green and yellow color sensor?

Color sensor can be built using set LDRs + coloured glass cover + Potentiomete(to adjust the sensitivity). Basic Principle is that for example RED light would pass thru RED Glass cover easily, than to say green or blue glass cover

Hi can be built so & others: i.e. with an only one IC (exist in diverse packaging) too...
And hes sensing characteristic is same as our eye`s:)
