I am new to 4NEC2 simulating software and am trying to create a 30-512MHz discone antenna.

First, is it possible to create a discone with such a large bandwith?

Second, I have designed a discone, but it only works from 120-512MHz with a 3:1 VSWR. I have tried to use the online calculator to determine the length and diameter of the antenna, but I still can't get it to work in the low frequency bands. Do you have any idea of where I can start to design this?

Thanks
