I have a circuit (buffer) to drive interconnect, i calculate the noise of it but the form of the noise in (V^2/H), whats this unit meaning and could i use this value to know the probability of error?
thanks in advance

What do you mean ?
Use correct terminology.

I have a circuit (buffer) to drive interconnect,

whats this unit meaning
Noise Voltage Density, Unit is Vrms^2/Hz.

and could i use this value to know the probability of error?
It depends on System Bandwidth, Signal level and Signal Modulation scheme.
