I'm looking for an Instrument membrane manufacturer that can produce 5-10 prototypes (without breaking the bank) of a very simple panel 50mm x 200mm, no buttons or traces just a square window for a display and some round holes and 3-4 colors.

I found a reference to ezpcb, any other recommendations?
