Drawing Tools for analog conceptual diagrams (capacitor, regulator) with readable op

For analog circuits, like the pumps, regulators, capacitors, we need to have conceptual diagrams (golden) that explain the working of that part, which will be used by the designers to develop codes in accordance to that waveform. We are currently using word to draw the waveforms. This takes a lot of time as the design becomes more complex and also there is no readable output format, which restricts its direct extraction for information for validation purpose.

My question is if someone knows about a drawing tool that is good at drawing analog circuits diagram (not just 1's or 0's) and with readable output (csv or any other format so a perl script can be return around it), which will be helpful in extracting information for validation purposes.

    Thanks,
    Shiloh

I haven't seen a schematic editor that lets you draw
waveforms, but I have seen references to "waveform
editor" tools and maybe searching that will turn you
    up something useful.

I know Matlab can go from code to waveform display.
Maybe it can go in reverse, but this is only speculation.

I think Java based can work and some pretty good models can be simulated if you know the transfer function.

e.g. Analog Circuit Simulator Applet is available in javascript or Java
    http://lushprojects.com/circuitjs/ wrote the js version.
    https://github.com/sharpie7/circuitjs1

I use it all the time for proof of concept with Spectral sweeps, Step response, impulse response and analog or digital simulation with scope traces.
No mechanical models yet but that's doable

Here's a standing wave with an interactive SWITCH that demonstrates the precise effects of mismatched impedance reflections to waves.
It all depends on how accurate your model is.
    e.g. MArx Generator for HV
    Fourier transform
interactive hand drawn or preselected spectrum or waves

There are better programs for large network modelling. "if you can imagine it, you can model it" from MB HYdro.
