Dear
I have some doubt about a 220 volt three phase motor control circuit (micro controller based)
In circuit I gave 220 volt DC for three phase bridge circuit and 15 volt DC for control circuit.
if I give the control ground and power ground is separate (I meant the 15 volt and 220 volt is totally
separate) any problem will here? have any relation with P_Ground and Control Ground ?

Please reply

Ajay

I personally like to isolate the control ground from the power ground for safety reasons.

But.........you will require to use optocouplers or pulse transformers to couple the microcontroller's pulses to the IGBT drivers. And have two power supplies, isolated from each other.
It is higher cost, but very worthwhile in my opinion.
