Respected sir,
i have started working with HSPICE aging analysis and for a given circuit
i got vth degradation for given reltotaltime in the .radeg output file, but for
power gating circuit i want, what will be the lifetime for any
parameter(mainly virtual vdd) degrades 10% or 15% than its initial value,
then how to set this by hspice command ??
can anyone give me the required hspice commands, i am keenly waiting. thanks
following are my aging related commands
.model p1 pmos level=54 version=4.5
.model n1 nmos level=54 version=4.5
.model p1_ra mosra level=1
+tit0 = 5e-8 titfd = 7.5e-10 tittd = 1.45e-20
