TRTrack spacing at higher voltages

Are there any calculators to calculate track spacing when the voltage increases to 250v or even more, while routing power lines.
Or any formulae for this.

The recommended trace spacings are described in 1PC222I. The applicable pages are in the attached PDF.
 

thankyou house_cat for posting ipc2221 it was helpful to decide the spacing for high voltage lines.
