I need a isolated Variac but can't find it locally,I can only find normal variac that are not isolated from the main, can I couple two transformer of primary 230,secondary 115 together and the variac get the power from the couple transformer

yes but why not just use an single isolating transformer instead of two transformers?

Re: I need a isolation Variac, can this works

Yes I know,I can't find a 230 to 230 transformer with large enough power for my need

Expect higher load dependent voltage drop, but no other problems.
