How to make elongated plated thru hole in Eagle Pro 7.3.0?

Either make an extra layer "milled through-plated slots" and draw the slot outline on it.

Or make a series of overlapping drill holes representing the slot (e.g. 1/2D distance)

In any case inform the PCB manufacturer about the existence of through-plated slots. And ask them for the preferred representation.

Hi,

two semicircles connected with two wires in the "dimension" layer. All with width of about 0.1mm.
and the pads on "top" and "bottom" layer or "pads" layer overlapping the cut. (no distance / isolation) to the cut.
This is what i discussed as a through plated slot with my manufacturer.
This may give an error when you run the DRC check, then just mark it as "ignore".

(With a small isolation between pad and cut i get a non throughplated cut)

In either case speak with your manufacturer.
