hi there,

Is there any reference materials which addresses the problem between "low output impedance" and "rail-to-rail output range"???

I need to have a rail-to-rail output with low output impedance in a standard CMOS process. It just kills me.

It is just a thought, can we not buffer (unity gain configuration amp) at output of a class AB (rail-rail) stage.

what's the output impendence do you preferring? a R-R OPAMP plus push-pull MOSFET pair is an option.

a 2 stage amp with push-pull output will do
what configuration r u using?
 

push-pull source follower will provide low output impedence as well as r-2-r signaling
