error during optdesign before cts in encounter

Hi All,

I am getting the below error while optimizing the design before cts.

default core: bins with density >

0.6 = 0.00362 % ( 3 / 82818 )
RPlace IncrNP: Rollback Lev = -3
RPlace: Density =1.013953,

incremental np is triggered.
**ERROR: (ENCSYUTIL-15):

Cannot malloc type "npsBin"

size=1073741824 bytes.


I have enough space in my disk too.

This is twice i am getting this error.Earlier it showed up me some other value.

Can you help me with this issue as it is my workstopper !!

What might be the reason for this ??

Now i am getting he same error during placement also.Earlier placement done succesfully.
 

what is overbuffering? Why it will occur in the design ??

Important fact is while running pre place optimization , i gave deletebuffertree it said 0 buffers..Why is this so ? Could you explain ??
