RCX: "*ERROR* at "capgen": -cap_ground_layer 'psubstrate' not defined in LVS file

I ... have some problem with my pdk 45nm when i RCX: "*ERROR* at "capgen": -cap_ground_layer 'psubstrate' not defined in LVS file", i need other version to check my gpdk045. I hope you can help me, to solve this error in RCX step

I'd think this is a problem of your RCX or LVS rules file. Are you sure these rules files are appropriate for your process? Check them!

RCX is missing the psubstrate layer, to which it expects the 3rd cap terminal (cap_ground) to be connected to. Usually this is the substrate layer (in a p-substrate CMOS process).
