How to design a low delay comparator using a Voltage Controlled Voltage Source???

use complementary push pull output driver in comparator rather than open collector and lowest impedance match for lowest latency and overshoot.

What specs?

What do you mean VCVS here? Do you want to implement it in your comparator??
