size of ROM WIDTH in 8051 vs PIC18 vs AVR

does the ROM width changes from mcu to mcu??

i heared that pic18F has 16bit wide ROM is it true

The answer can be found in any PIC18xx datasheet and more detailed in the PIC18 family reference manual.

The processor family has an instruction word width of 16 bit and respectively 16 bit ROM/flash width.

then wat about avr that too has 16 bit wide rom??
