I'd like to design a BPSK receiver recently.
In my first idea, the structure of receiver is described as following.
Antenna-->LNA-->RF to IF-->IF AMP--> IF signal multifies LOCAL OSCILLATOR-->AD CONVERTER.--> DIGITAL CIRCUIT PROCESS (retrieve baseband data).

In local oscillator, the phase of local oscillator have to be locked in the correct position in order to get the most clarify .
please refer to as following link that shows the signal after IF signal multifies local signal.
**broken link removed**

My idea is to feedback the AD converter output to local oscillator, threfore to make a closed looop system that shifts its phase.

My question is,
where can I get relevant ICs or circuits about this local oscillator that produces 26MHZ signal?
