In using a 74AC125 in a ISP programming circuit with the Dallas DS89C450, does it make most sense to just tie the output enable pins of the two unused gates HIGH, and don't worry about the other pins ?

I'm thinking of wha tis best for circuit stability and power conservation.

keeping outputenable pins(A0/,A1/,..) at high is enough.

that itself will put the o/p in high-z mode and no consumption.

if the inputs (B0, B1..) of the unused buffers are kept at '1 ' level. ,( which is not necessary though) you will consume no power at all.(a doubly protected option , only for your case).
