Hi All,

I need to do MMIC design in ADS for a school project. Problem is ADS doesn't have a MMIC components pallette? Or rather it only has a MMIC componets pallette under the tutorials... How/where can I get a MMIC library for ADS?

Thanks!

Re: MMIC in ADS?

Hi Khoulye,

Thanks for the reply! I checked the foundary websites but it seems like none will provide such lib for free. In my course, there will be no tape out.... so i really dunno how i should should start my design. Are there any other resources for MIC design in ADS?

Thanks!

Re: MMIC in ADS?
