Inner radius of toroid

I am designing a toroidal transformer.I have selected the toroid dimension based on the kVA ratings at the output. But the dimension specifies only the outer radius and the height. Is there a formula to calculate the inner radius of the toroid using the outer radius and the height? If not, how do I do it?
