hi,

i am an M.Sc student and i am doing a project on 'active microstrip antenna'.
Can u help me by giving informations about the double stub matching used for this project and how it is done.

How r u going to feed the antenna??Is it co-planar feed? Are u going to ise the stubs on the line and to what impedance, 50 Ω? I have designed a circular polarized micrsotrip antenna where a matched 50 Ω lines to the antenna. I tried single stub and use Pozar's book " Micorwave Engineering", which also covers the topic double stub matching. It is very important that u calculate the exact impedance of the antenna, including the mutual conducance which affects the impedance. This is covered in Balanis, " Antenna Design Handbook"

Best Regards and good luck
