Delphi installing problem

I have windows7 64bit
I am trying to install borland delphi 6
my Problem is when I run the program , the next message appear:

and when I press (run program),the next message appear:
3.png
 

If you run the program as administrator (right click->run as admininstrator), this specific error will most probably stop. But it is extremely possible that other errors will stop you from using such a program in x64 versions of new windows.

You could use a Virtual Machine in stead.
 

Install Oracle VirtualBox and in it install Win XP and try.
