Hi Experts,
Could anyone explain the difference between MT/s , MBps, Mbps and clock frequency in DDR3. My processor clock cycle time is 2.5ns (so clock frequency is 400 Mhz). If im using DDR3-1600 micron SDRAM, what would be the MT/s, MBps, Mbps.

Hi,

it took me 10 seconds to google. And found the solution in wikipedia.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR3_SDRAM
(and other countless pages)

And at wikipedia there are a lot of "external links" and "references" to books and documents

Life could be so easy nowadays...

Klaus
