I want to etch an Arduino Mega shield.
What software do you recommend I use to draw my layout?
I don’t like Eagle because it forces you to draw a schematic and my project exceeds its size limit of 4x3.2 inches .
Thank you
Steven

Are you saying I am mistaken I can use eagle without drawing a schematic?

Again what software do you recommend?

Hi,

for sure with EAGLE you can draw a layout without schematic.

I use EAGLE.
I can´t recommend other layout software.

Klaus

I am doing a lot of repetitive stuff. Connecting 45 I/o lines with 45 relays.
So I don't want to draw a schematic.
But again I have a problem with the eagle size limitation. What can I do about that?

Hi,

Either: buy it
Or: don´t use it.

Klaus

So how many components and how many pins in all will you have?

Some of the free software has limitations and before recommending any - you need to know what will cope with your requirement.
https://pcbshopper.com/cad/ might help.
