Linking HFSS and Matlab

Hi everybody,
I'm haveing project about antenna optimization by Genetic Algorithm. My trouble now is that can't linking between HFSS and MatLab. If anyone know it, please guide me what i need to do now?

Thank you so much phen3x. I now having another trouble in my project GA relating to analyze the result exported from HFSS. I dont know any idea or code for that. Could you reference me a simple code example about it(like processing bandwidth). You must be an old experience man in GA. I am just a beginer in this area. Hope you 'll help me. Whatever thank you again.
