hi all,

I am designing a high current/ high voltage synchronous buck converter. my Vin=100V, Vout=50V, Iout_max=20A (but it is not continuous)
I search a good controller for my design but i can't find .
Can you give me an idea please ?
i search a voltage mode controller, Fsw=500KHz, DCmax=90%.
please find attached my file.
