Hello,

I am designing a PLL, with a max frequency at 350MHz, Kvco: 250MHz/v, reference clock 10Mhz,

Considering the matching, PVT, etc, what the order of magnitude should be used for a charge pump?

Now I am using 15uA, and the pll bandwidth is about 400Khz. But I don't know if this current is too small. Considering matching, PVT, etc, which level of Icp is better? tens of uA, 50uA, or hundreds of uA

Thanks
