It's all in the FreeRTOS source directory. You'll need to download a distribution.

Tsk. I could. But I won't. And I hope no-one else does either. Not out of malice. But out of a fervent hope for you to get a chance to improve yourself today. :)

Just download the source .zip using the ridiculously easy to find RTOS Source Code Download link on the page FvM already linked to. And then check it out to see if there's any code examples fitting your needs.
