Hi all ! I'm doing electromagnetic energy harvester for low power electronics. I think my harvester output voltage wil small, lets say 1V or less . How to rectify it ? Simple diode bridge have ~1.4V voltage drop, shottkey ~0.8V, but it is still big looses to me.. What would be best choice for that small AC ? Thanks for thoughts !

Why don't you use an energy harvesting IC that is made to do it?
Oh, are you designing your own circuit? Why? School homework?

No, it is not for school. Most of IC are for DC. Can't find proper IC for AC input. There are LTC3588 for 2.7 - 20V input. I have lower input voltage.
