Hi all,

I'm a newbie to analog IC design, I would like to know if I have a .scs file which includes the BSIM models for n and p MOS, can I use this file in PSpice?

If so how do I go about doing so with using PSpice with the .scs file. I assume I can somehow use Orcad Schematic for design entry and later PSpice for simulation.

If I can't use PSpice is there another program that I can use to enter a schematic and later simulate it ?
