I get this iMentor Bidirectional Smart Education from a friend.
I have been trying it. But I can't use it.

This appears terrific, but it is also the sort of setup where every little thing has to be right, in order for it to work.

* Fast internet connection
* Consistent internet connection
* Your computer must send data reliably
* Cameras & microphones, all adjusted properly within computer capability

Can the website give you personal instructions, live, to make each small step, and test for correct operation, eventually to make complete hookup?

Recent Windows OS have a function which allows someone at another location, to operate your computer. You would watch him demonstrate how to setup a connection on your computer. Later you perform the same steps on your own.
