Hello All,

Can anyone please let me know what is the difference between pre DFT DRC and post DFT DRC? Why we have to do DRC checks at both pre and post stages?
Which things are not done at Pre DFT, so those checks are done at post DFT?

Thanks in advance.

THe main criteria is Fault Coverage with criteria for Detection and Isolation that will affect routing pre and post-DFT for sync timing and loop area.
