ALL ICs are cheap and are readily available HERE, but I do not know about in your country. Maybe you should ask on a forum in your country.

Simply go to the website of your electronic parts supplier and search for the part you want.
I go to the website of my favourite semiconductor manufacturer (Texas Instruments) and search for what I want. My electronic parts supplier has all their ICs available.

Just now I searched TI's website for a switching buck regulator with the spec's you want. They have 185 devices available in many different size packages.
