I hope this circuit is ok for uMOS/IGBT H-bridge driver. My device is dual IGBT.

I will be using it to drive 24V and 48V power Inverter.

Please if the Cap for the bootstrap is under/over-ratted, I want to be corrected

Bootstrap capacitors have to be chosen according to maximum pulse width.

For low voltage applications, MOSFETs are usually preferred due to lower saturation voltage.
