Oscilloscope probe not caliberated ?

Guys help me in this. The top left edge of saquare wave is over shooting as you can see in the image. I want a smooth flat square wave when i press the autocaliberate button. Please guide.

Autocalibration isn't intended for probe compensation, you have to do it manually with a screwdriver.
