i wanna use pic 16f877a and ir reciever to make a remote control decoder
is there any way for that ??
please give me any hints any info even if it is small it will help

Yes, there are masses of info and projects for doing just that.

Also mention what programming language you are using so we can direct you to the right place.

Just search this forum and the web for loads of detail.

also most of the info on the web are confusing :/

However it looks far from simple and shows only the code, no details of any hardware.

From what you say, assume you are a beginner to programming ? if so you really need to start from the beginning as jumping in to a quiet complex project will just lead to many headaches !:bang:
