SIM900 RDY not appear

Hello,

I have a board with the SIM900 and i can not turn it off from the power supply so i use the PWR KEY to do ths. The problem is that some moments the RDY command is not received and i dont know ow to resolve it. I just read another post of this but i didnt understand what to do... So i hope you can help me!
