Updated decals can't see in Pads Layout ??

Hi everyone, i am doing schematic in pads Logic 9.5.in my design SW15 parts decals i updated but it is not available in PADS Layout.

PCB Decal SW-8P not found in Library - not able to check following parts of Part Type SW-8P: SW1. any one please explain to me what is the procedure for re generation netlist and importing into the layout
