Problem with xenomai framework on user space

I have installed xenomai successfully and also tested latency of my system with its test program.But however I am not able to use framework on user space. I have done kernel programing.

Can anyone give Makefile or commands to link my current program to its library.

Help will be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
