OrCAD belongs to Cadence (if it's not the opposite). Layout is an old and bad software from orcad. Allegro is a good and nifty software from Cadence. Both make PCB layouts, but Allegro is much better.
The basic differente is: Layout sucks. Allegro rox. Forget Layout.

In Orcad10.5,you can see ORCAD PCB EDITOR which is similar to Allegro but with minimal options to use for designing boards.

To order and for price details contact the Cadence Sales representative at your location.

Orcad is used to design less complex and low constraint boards. Since the technology we are now in are HIGH SPEED and tools should take care of all high speed constraints like length matching, propagation delay, impedance matching so to address these once can use Allegro. Allegro has Constraint manager spreadsheet where you can do all types of constraint for High Speed Designs and its user friendly.

Thanks,

Well, Thank you Nagaraj for your detailed reply :)
And i have another question, but about smart rout this time.. i still don't understand what's difference between such tool and OrCAD?

Thanks,
Ahmad,

cadence orcad allegro differences

smart route is an autorouter used with orcad for routing. Basically critical signal will be manual routed and then the non critical signal will be routed using these type of auto routers.

cheers!!!
Nagaraj.
