Hello all, I'm new to these forums, so I assume that this would be the most relevant area to post a question. I'm working on creating a schematic for a mixed signal IC. I'm stuck with understanding the interface between a MOS current mirror and a bipolar output switching circuit. The circuit diagram I have made does not work from the standpoint of current sink/source, so I am missing some element of the circuit and was hoping that someone here could steer me in the right direction. If someone is willing to take a 5 minute peek at this, please PM me and I will send the SEM images with annotations as to what I think the structures are.

Thanks in advance, Dave
