hii friends,
Can I use 0402 smd package instead of 0603? (capacitor,value:0.1uF/50V).

I need advice.I want to reduce my board size,so I got one idea like this.

I would presume from the value it is a decoupling capacitor? If so yes it would be a better option.

No problem then, what you have to sometimes watch is where MLCC X7R etc caps are used on regulators or in SMPSs, the reduction in size can cause problems with the capacitance drop in the smaller packages when a voltage is applied. This doesn't apply with decoupling where the main concern is parasitic inductance not ultimate capacitance value.
