[SOLVED] Solar battery charging Circuit ,

This is the battery charging circuit, Can someone tell me what is the possible for that 2T1 ?when have input and battery, the LED will only light up and have input with no battery, LED will not be light up

The component you circled in your schematic is a BJT. Please check the polarity of the battery in your schematic diagram, I don't think it is in order.
If the schematic is actually what is implemented on the PCB, then ZT1 is BJT.

It will be a BJT.. but the connectivity i guess is wrong.

The resistor and LED must be connected to emitter terminal.
Battery must be connected to base terminal.

the terminal of the BJT under Q1 and R12 silk-screen must be emitter and not base.
