how can i convert F/IIR filter to CIC filter ?

CIC always used for rate conversion. Can you elaborate your need for converting FIR/IIR to CIC?
 

i would like to convert following filter to CIC filter:
k1*y[n]-k2*y[n-1]=k3*x[n]-k4*x[n-1]
tnx
